This is your home page.  A Weekly Session will be added each week.  You can connect back here with each weekly lesson.

There is a Session 1, Session 2, Session 3 and a Follow-up Session in this program.  You will receive an email when a new session is added.  All you have to do is click on that Session for the new session.  Session 1 is available today-just click on the Session 1 below!  You will receive the next Session in a week.  You will be receiving an email with the link to each session weekly.  Each lesson has a HOME button where you can return to this page so you can always see where you are.
